Please find following, a link to the Notice of Meeting and Explanatory Memorandum in relation to this year’s Annual General Meeting which will be held at 2.00pm on Friday 22^nd October at the Education and Learning Centre, Melbourne Zoo, Elliott Avenue, Parkville, Victoria.

 Items of business are hereby called for the AGM and are to be forwarded to the Company Secretary by 24 September 2010.

 As indicated under resolution 5, an amended version of the FOTZ constitution will be available on this website by 30 September 2010.

 Victorian families will have the chance to see Melbourne Zoo's baby elephant for the first time tomorrow, Environment and Climate Change Minister Gavin Jennings announced today.

The latest addition to the Melbourne Zoo was born in the early hours of January 16 and is the first baby elephant born at the Zoo in its 148 year history.

Australia's Giant Pandas are on show at Adelaide Zoo. Entering to see the Pandas is free for FOTZ Members.  It will be necessary to  pre-book tickets on 1300 399 849 or online by following this link.
