Victorian families will have the chance to see Melbourne Zoo's baby elephant for the first time tomorrow, Environment and Climate Change Minister Gavin Jennings announced today.

The latest addition to the Melbourne Zoo was born in the early hours of January 16 and is the first baby elephant born at the Zoo in its 148 year history.

Australia's Giant Pandas are on show at Adelaide Zoo. Entering to see the Pandas is free for FOTZ Members.  It will be necessary to  pre-book tickets on 1300 399 849 or online by following this link.

The amazing documentery series "The Zoo" is having an encore season, evey day at 5pm on Channel 7.

This documentary program takes viewers behind the scenes at our three Zoos:  Melbourne Zoo, Healesville Sanctuary and Werribee Open Range Zoo.
